| Responsibilities: 1. Bachelor's and Master's concurrent enrollment (auditing) affairs. 2. Management and reimbursement of various project budgets: handling expense control and verification for all center-related projects. 3. Maintenance and management of classroom equipment. 4. Assisting with property management and disposal procedures for the center. 5. Supporting the promotion of credit and non-credit classes. 6. University affairs evaluation, mid- and long-term planning reports, University Fund Management Committee, revenue–expenditure task force: liaison, documentation, and report writing. 7. Information security liaison. 8. Senior Learning University Affairs: overall planning of project-related tasks, including proposal writing, project application, course offering, instructor arrangements, recruitment and promotion, teacher communication, document handling, budget reimbursement, Ministry of Education system reporting, and administrative coordination. 9. Other duties assigned. Work Hours: During concurrent enrollment registration: Monday–Friday 11:30–20:30 |

Liaison for the Veterans Service Office. 5. Reporting to the “Technical and Vocational Education Basic Database” system. 6. Personal data protection liaison. 7. Property management and disposal operations for the center. 8. Processing campus parking permit applications. 9. Management of the center’s official document system. 10. Assisting the promotion of credit and non-credit programs. 11. Other duties assigned. |
